O Canada! Still a domain of the United Kingdom until the 20th century it still holds a stronger British influence than even the United States; other than the French Quebec on the vast eastern provence. The majority of this huge piece of land is flat with prairies and only on the western part has the beautiful mountain regions. Though the countrysides of Quebec and Ontario are quite nice too. Since this place is so north and quite cold, many Canadians will be seen traveling globally. World travel is definitely more important to Canadians than to Americans. Quebec of course has more of the European feel, though it is clearly more of a ‘New France’ with French culture intact. The rest is just like the United States with slight infrastructural and ambience differences. Niagara Falls just a couple hours outside Toronto, is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the region if not all of North America.
